Shipping information

  • Currently, we only ship to Australian addresses and do not accept PO boxes.

  • Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery depending on your location - NT, WA and remote areas can take up to 8 business days.

Returns policy

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. This does not include sale items.

  • Items must be received in original condition - unopened and original packaging.

  • You are responsible for any shipping costs and arrangements related to your return. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchange policy

  • We only accept exchanges if an item is defective, damaged or due to our error. Please email details to info@levelbeverages.com. We will treat this with the highest priority.
